Clearing Technology
The Clearing Head of the MB4 integrates advanced technology to deliver exceptional snow clearing capabilities. With a capacity to clear up to 7,500 tons of snow per hour, it is engineered to handle even the most demanding airport and runway environments. The efficient impeller system, combined with a powerful hydrostatic ribbon drive, ensures that the blower maintains high throughput while minimizing fuel consumption and wear.
Clearing head
Designed for precision and maximum efficiency, the MB4 features a 102-inch cutting width and a height of 58 inches, allowing it to clear heavy snow with ease and cast it over distances of up to 150 feet. The 59-inch diameter impeller, fed by a hydrostatic ribbon, ensures smooth and reliable operation in all snow conditions, from light powder to wet, heavy snow.
Discharge chute
Equipped with a rotating impeller housing that offers 140 degrees of rotation, this design allows precise control over snow discharge direction. This flexibility enables operators to direct snow efficiently, whether clearing the center of a runway or managing snow along its edges.

Ribbon system
Equipped with a hydrostatic drive for the ribbon, this system includes infinitely variable speed pumps and variable displacement motors, offering precise control over the speed of the ribbon. The use of a mechanical drive impeller ensures reliable operation during snow clearing. These components work together to deliver consistent power and efficient performance, adapting to varying snow conditions while minimizing the need for maintenance.
Operator's cabin
Designed for optimal comfort and functionality, the two-man cab offers a panoramic view and a forward-sloping windshield to enhance visibility. Four windshield wipers efficiently clear snow, ensuring the windshield remains unobstructed. Air-ride seats for both the driver and passenger feature adjustable lumbar supports, promoting comfort during long shifts. The cabin also comes equipped with side light bars, a heated windshield, a high-capacity cab heater, heated power mirrors, and power windows as standard features. An operator-friendly microprocessor CAN bus system integrates controls with an MDC (Monitor, Diagnose, Control) color screen display and a CAN joystick, allowing easy management of the chassis and snow blower.

Service concept
Preventive maintenance is made simple with accessible filters and fluid drains. Additionally, the optional auto-lube keep your pivot points greased and ready for the next snow event.
