Hydraulic systems

LS hydraulic system
If an emergency vehicle is to be ready for maximum use, an LS hydraulic system is recommended. The basis of the system is a Load Sensing (LS) pump, with the help of which the various attachments and mounted implements such as front and side snow ploughs, spreaders, tippers, cranes, etc. can be driven and operated particularly efficiently. The LS pump is driven by the truck-specific power take-off. The special advantage of the LS system is the constant delivery rate, which is automatically adjusted to the respective requirements of the individual machines. If no hydraulic power is required, the LS pump automatically reduces to the lowest power. Thanks to this demand control of the optimum delivery volume, power losses are reduced to a minimum, and fuel consumption and the associated emission values are also significantly reduced.

Dual circuit hydraulic system
A dual circuit hydraulic system allows a snow plough and spreader to be driven simultaneously. The optional plough relief is also possible here. Particularly noteworthy: The two hydraulic circuits do not influence each other, which means that both the spreader and the snow plough can call up their individually required output in every situation without restriction. The dual circuit hydraulic system is driven via a belt drive or via the manufacturer's specific engine power take-off. These are, of course, approved by the vehicle manufacturer concerned.

Electro-hydraulic system
If there is no possibility of a belt drive on the motor side, an electro-hydraulic system can be used to operate, for example, the mounted plough including optional plough relief or other attachments with low power supply. The system is characterised by particularly quiet running. The robust and modular hydraulic system consists of three compact components: the electro-hydraulic pump unit, the control valve block and the control panel.

Rotopower
All de-mountable spreaders can be driven by different systems. One of the solutions is the "Rotopower drive" where the drive power is taken from the wheel hub of the rear axle of the carrier vehicle. The Rotopower drive, which is very easy to install, is used to supply the spreader with oil. This is a robust and very flexible mounting solution, so that the vehicle's range of applications is not restricted and the carrier vehicle can be quickly converted from winter to summer operation.

Control system

The modern control panels of the EvolutionLine combine maximum functionality and optimum ergonomics. The raster rotary click knobs, the keys with functional lighting, as well as an immediately noticeable key elevation, provide the operator with maximum orientation and thus lead to increased operating safety.

With the spreaders, a voice confirmation is also available for command inputs. In addition to the visual confirmation, the control panel also repeats and acknowledges the commands in a clearly audible manner. The voice confirmation can be switched on and off by the driver at any time. If desired, a rear camera image can also be shown directly on the display.

Ergonomic operation of the attachments is ensured by the thumb joystick (EP control) or a separate joystick unit (ES control) which can be positioned within direct reach of the driver. An optional Bluetooth connection allows safe mounting and dismounting of the implements outside the driver's cab.

The RMT is an uncompromising combination of control system linked to hydraulic components which meets all possible power and control requirements. Intuitive and friendly for the driver, the control system provides smart control of work.

Working & warning light systems

Safety of work and comfort for drivers are top priorities. Working with clients, interested authorities and other road users over many years, we have created and developed uncompromising solutions to make maintenance work as safe as possible for every road user. Lighting packages are standardized for different purposes and experience shows they deliver incredible improvements on terms of safety and a reduction in road accidents during operation.

Mounting plates

Whether car, truck, tractor or wheel loader, for almost every vehicle there is a standardised mounting plate or one individually adapted to the vehicle frame. It goes without saying that the coordinated mounting solutions are provided with a manufacturer's clearance certificate (UBB). On request, it is also possible to integrate an intelligent sensor technology which automatically switches to winter lighting when a snow plough is attached. The protective cover for the front mounting plate minimises the risk of injury to other road users.
