«In many respects, 2024 was a year of records and milestones for the Aebi Schmidt Group. For the first time in our company’s history, our sales exceeded 1 billion Euro. At the same time, we achieved an EBIT margin of 8.2 % – another historic high. In addition, we announced that we’ll be merging with The Shyft Group and go public – a milestone that will have a lasting impact on our future.» That’s how Group CEO Barend Fruithof summarized the milestones of the 2024 Business year.

In regard of our sustainability efforts, environmental protection remains an important element. Our goal is to meet highest environmental standards and protect the climate in accordance with ESG framework, in production, in operation at our customers and in our environmental assessment of suppliers. While we have aligned ourselves to the GRI reporting standard until recently, we will be guided by the European Standard for Sustainability Reporting (ESRS). This will ensure that we comply with the continuously developing regulatory framework, further improve corporate transparency and drive innovation for the environment and society.
