The North Star snow blower integrates advanced clearing technology to deliver outstanding performance in the most demanding environments. With a clearing capacity of up to 3,800 tons of snow per hour, it is engineered for high-efficiency snow removal on runways and large areas. The hydrostatic ribbon drive system, combined with an efficient impeller design, ensures high throughput while reducing fuel consumption and wear, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty snow clearing.

Featuring a 102-inch cutting width and a height of 54 inches, the North Star is capable of clearing heavy snow effectively. Its impeller system operates smoothly across different snow conditions, from light powder to wet, heavy snow, ensuring reliable performance during snow clearing.

A rotating impeller housing and a discharge chute with 140 degrees of rotation give the North Star precise control over snow discharge direction. This flexibility allows operators to manage snow efficiently, whether clearing the center of a runway or dealing with snow along its edges.

The drive system includes a hydrostatic ribbon drive with infinitely variable speed pumps and fixed displacement motors. This provides precise control over the speed of the ribbon, while the mechanical drive impeller ensures dependable power, contributing to effective snow clearing with reduced maintenance.

Designed for operator comfort and visibility, the North Star’s cabin features a clear panoramic view and ergonomic seating. Standard features such as heated power mirrors and a high-capacity cab heater enhance the working environment, while the integrated microprocessor CAN bus system simplifies control of both the chassis and snow blower.

Preventive maintenance is made simple with accessible filters and fluid drains. Additionally, the optional auto-lube keep your pivot points greased and ready for the next snow event.
