Construction

The Elite Cab & Chassis Insert Spreader is constructed from premium stainless steel, designed to resist corrosion and wear under harsh winter conditions. The hopper is available in 8' and 10' lengths, with capacities of 3.5 and 4.5 cubic yards, respectively. The maintenance-free poly spinner disc prevents material buildup and ensures a consistent spread up to 30 feet.

Easily removed carbon steel Drop-n-Loc top screens protect the drag chain by preventing large debris from entering the hopper. Additional safety and functionality features include a protective enclosure for the front bearing, a drive chain guard, integrated fork-lift pockets, a work light, and a brake light, all combining to make the Elite spreader a reliable tool for extensive and demanding snow and ice management tasks.

Motor

Choose from a variety of powerful and reliable drive options, including 10-hp Briggs & Stratton and 11-hp Honda gas engines, or opt for 12-volt dual electric or central hydraulic systems, providing flexibility to meet specific vehicle and operational requirements.

In-Cab Controller

Control and operation for the Elite Cab and Chassis Insert Spreader are streamlined through an easy-to-use, intuitive wireless controller, allowing operators to easily adjust engine speeds and spread settings. This user-friendly control system enables quick and precise adjustments even in harsh weather conditions, and doesn’t require any drilling or wire-routing that traditional controllers do.
