The new location currently accommodates a team of five employees, led by Manager Rob Schedewitz, who oversaw the recent three-month renovation process. The site houses the warehouse and logistics department for spare parts distribution, a workshop for a wide range of upfit solutions for truck bodies, as well as a dedicated space for repairs. Additionally, updated spaces have been allocated for application and product training.
Better customer service, faster
Steffen Schewerda, CEO of Aebi Schmidt North America, and Jocelyn Romain, CEO of Aebi Schmidt Canada, addressed the audience at the opening ceremony in Brantford. Schewerda emphasized the importance of the Canadian market for the globally operating group, which has been present in Canada with its own sales and service organization since 2019. "For several years, we have had a presence in Quebec, and we are delighted to enhance our service to customers in Ontario with our second location. The new site has brought us closer to our airport clientele, allowing for improved accessibility better customer service," said Schewerda.

The opening celebrations included a small exhibition of the group's vehicles and machines, drawing particular interest to the impressive winter maintenance truck equipped with a plow and material spreader.
