Concept
The maintenance-free stainless-steel hopper features 45° sloped sides for efficient material flow and an electrically driven chain-fed salt spreader. It also includes a standard inverted V design to reduce weight on the drag chain, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, the setup includes an adjustable-height spinner extension and a standard swing-up spinner assembly for versatile operation.
Controller
The standard VBEL option in the spreader features a conventional controller similar to other models in the market. In contrast, the eForce version is equipped with an advanced controller, offering enhanced controllability for the spreader’s output. This upgraded controller allows for more precise management and adjustment of the spreader’s performance, making it ideal for users seeking greater customization and control.
Motor
The standard model VBEL features a ½ HP electric direct-drive motor for the spreader and a ½ HP electric spinner motor, offering solid performance for less demanding applications. The eForce model also stands out with its increased power compared to the standard version. The eForce variant is powered by two independent ¾ HP DC motors, providing superior strength and efficiency.
